No random workouts

Brief

Tell Jas the goal — P Company, a first 10K, getting properly strong again after a break. Where you are now, what's in the way, how many days you can actually give it. Honest answers beat optimistic ones.

Programme

You get a periodised block, not a list of exercises: run sessions with paces, circuits with work-to-rest targets, strength work with prescribed loads — building week on week towards a test week that proves it worked.

Adjust

Tick off sessions, log how they felt, send a voice note when something's off. Jas reads it all and reshapes the coming weeks around what your body actually did — not what the plan hoped it would.

Jas spent her military career as an Army physical training instructor — preparing soldiers for the courses, tests and events where fitness isn't optional. Now she brings the same standard to civilian and military clients alike: structured, progressive training with a clear destination, and a coach who actually watches the numbers.
